    Thank you for your beautifully written article on a topic that accompanies each and every one of us each and every day whether we acknowledge or accept it. I love your reading your articles and carry some of your phrases around with me and quote them in certain circumstances of my life. The one from today is our sentence ” It is perhaps a kindness that life frequently reminds us that it does not exist in isolation but rather in tandem with its less welcome twin.” I think of Tricia Cooper whose husband just died so suddenly last week and who is being honored at a church service tomorrow.. My beloved father died of Mantle cell lymphoma in 1997 at Johns Hopkins with my twin and I at his side. He was gone in five days and he and mum never got to say good bye to each other, a loss she carried to her grave. But he lives on and my brother, nieces and I talk about him often.
